"Very prompt, very professional. Very good transaction overall. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is I feel like the fee and the requirement that they only accept cash should be disclosed at the time of the call. The fee was reasonable for a weekend call and the quick response - but was a bit higher than expected. It would have been nice to know in advance. It was a little tricky getting the right amount of cash together once the transaction was completed. I would recommend this company to a friend."
